All shipments returned to the sender are considered “undeliverable”. Reasons for undeliverable shipments include incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts by the post office provider (i.e., the recipient is unavailable), or unclaimed shipments held by the courier agent.
All reshipments incur handling fees plus reshipment fees that are the same as our regular shipping fees. Additional courier charges for return shipping may also apply.

We have warehouses for our products in the UK, Netherlands and Australia. Orders will be shipped directly to customers from our warehouse and orders made during the week are dispatched within 24 hours.

Once an order has been placed, the delivery time frame is 3-5 days in the UK and 10-14 in Australia, depending on where you live. For Europe, it is also 10-14 days, however, often, it will be delivered sooner than that.
All of our products have an expiry date of 12 months after opening. We expect each of the products to last for 4-6 weeks based on the average use.

Klarna is a payment method which allows you to buy now and pay later, a service that allows you to spread the cost of your order, with no interest and no fees.
UK residents over the age of 18 with a billing and delivery address registered in the UK.
If you’re trying to pay in 3 with Klarna, there is a minimum spend of £35.
For pay in 30 days, there’s no minimum spend.
If you have any troubles paying with Klarna for your order, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Klarna may have rejected your application to pay on account. We’d recommend choosing another type of payment or placing an order for a smaller amount. Please note Klarna are an independent payment provider and glowb has no influence over whether your payment with Klarna is accepted or not.
2. Klarna may not have been able to check your details using the billing address that you’ve provided. You’ll need to make sure that your billing address is the same address that your bank/credit cards are registered to.
3. You may have outstanding payments on previous Klarna statements. Once these are paid off, try placing your order with Klarna again. If you’ve recently paid off outstanding statements, please allow 24 hours before trying to pay through Klarna again.
4. If you haven’t used Klarna before and you’re shipping to a different address to your billing address, the payment may be declined.
If you order is cancelled or returned in full, as soon as we have confirmed your cancellation or return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due.
If a partial cancellation, return or adjustment is made in a unique scenario, an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna.
